Roberto has had an extensive career in the public sector, serving as Head of the Department of International Taxation and Transfer Pricing and Director of the Large Taxpayers Department of the Revenue Administration Service. He has also been the Head Delegate of Honduras for the BEPS Inclusive Framework, the Forum on Harmful Tax Practices (FHTP) and the Working Group on the Digital Economy (TFDE). Roberto's specialties include constitutional principles, international taxation, transfer pricing, direct taxes, indirect taxes, among others. Currently on leave as he works full time as a research associate at the Max Planck Institute for Tax Law and Public Finance.
