Dennis has experience in corporate law firms and as an in-house counsel. He is dedicated to advising companies in matters of public law: such as expropriations, public contracting, concessions, the application of regulations of the regulated sectors of the economy, and constitutional and administrative litigation. Additionally, he has advised Honduran and foreign companies regarding the application of national regulations and international investment treaties aiming to protect investments in national territory.
