In his years in the legal field, Alejandro has participated in the resolution of complex corporate scenarios, in the corporate restructuring of commercial groups, and in the creation and application of Corporate Governance in commercial companies of multiple industries. Alejandro has also participated in acquisition processes for companies and commercial groups at a national and international level, in different industries. These include insurance, energy, agribusiness, retail, banking, coffee, mining, among others.
